Terms of Service

1. The Service

Cart Kings is a membership service that monitors release windows for high-demand collectible drops at supported retailers and attempts to complete a purchase on your behalf, matched against the want list and shipping profile(s) you set up.

We don't guarantee a successful checkout. Stock levels, retailer purchase limits, timing, and factors outside our control mean a watch or checkout attempt is never guaranteed to result in a secured item.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and checkout profiles, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign in with an email and password, or by connecting a Discord or Google account.

3. Membership and billing

• Membership plans (Starter, Standard, Pro, Elite) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until you cancel, and include a set number of retailer profiles as described on our Membership page. Additional profiles beyond your plan's allowance are billed at the add-on rate shown at checkout.
• Membership fees grant access to the checkout service itself and are billed at the start of each cycle.
• Item charges are separate: you're billed for an item only once it's actually secured on your behalf, using the payment method on file — you are not charged for checkout attempts that don't result in a secured item.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; we'll give you reasonable notice before a change applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again after that. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Charges for items already secured and shipped are also non-refundable through Cart Kings — returns or refunds for the item itself are subject to the retailer's own return policy.

5. Retailer compliance

Cart Kings is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Target, Pokémon Center, or any other retailer referenced on the Service. You're responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service, purchase limits, and policies of any retailer we check out from on your behalf. We reserve the right to decline to process a checkout that we believe would violate a retailer's terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: provide false or fraudulent payment or shipping information; use the Service to circumvent per-person purchase limits in bad faith beyond what your profiles are intended for; resell or share account access; or attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's infrastructure.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that any specific item will be available, in stock, or successfully secured, or that reselling any secured item will be profitable or even possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cart Kings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or provide fraudulent information. You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Cart Kings LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
